Good Morning, I have a squeeze indicator 2 study with Sierra native settings in a 2048 Volume ES chart. Id22.SG1 is its histogram and ID22.SG2 is for the dots. As I require a sound alert when the dots turn from red to green I placed the following formula in the alert window and enabled it however I am not getting any sound. In previous instances where I had sound alerts configured for simple crossovers in the same chart if the formula is correct it normally works. =OR(CROSSFROMBELOW(ID22.SG1, 0), CROSSFROMABOVE(ID22.SG1, 0)) The reason I used ID22.SG1 (the histogram) instead of the dots ID22.SG2 signal itself is because I see no differentiator in my spreadsheet study dots column. I find only zeros there. The spreadsheet overlay which runs the Boolean logic for all my other studies has no relevance to this alert which goes directly to the study configure menu, my point is I don't know how to write a condition based on zeros alone to trigger when a red to green switch occurs. Would you be able to advise how I could devise an alert to trigger when the dots turn from red to green? If you have a working formula I could just paste it in the alerts window and have it work. Best, Jay |
