Dom VBP not loading correctly

Hi, the VBP study on the DOM seems to be having some issues, it seems to randomly reset and not load all of the session data, I have gone through as much as possible to correct it but I just can’t figure out why. Session times are all correct etc. Is possible I can share chart book for the team to have a look? Thank you |

notice how it doesnt match the session volume profile? if i turn the evening session off it is fine, but don't see why that should make a difference?

The only item that we see is that the Trading DOM is viewing a very small portion of the range of the data. For example, from your images, the Trading DOM has a range of 4753.6 to 4758.3, whereas the Chart has a range of 4734.0 to 4774.0. So you are only seeing that small portion of the profile. Depending on where the trading has occurred during the course of the day, you may see what you are seeing. We do not see anything wrong with it. Notice on the DOM the VBP stops at 758.7, however on the profile chart it continues to 774? This is what keeps happening, if everything is correct they should both match always. Thank you for the response, I will check again tomorrow and continue to work on a fix, if not i can make a short video to highlight the issue more clearly, Cheers. |

You have different Session Times for those two charts, which is why you are seeing those differences in the Volume by Price.

There may be a 1 second time difference in the chart book I sent as I was testing to see if some changes there worked, but I have definitely checked this setting multiple times and they don’t line up even when those settings are the exact same. It just keeps randomly resetting during the day session, can’t explain it. |

Please get us a Chartbook with just 2 chart in it. One the "standard" chart where you are seeing the entire profile and the other the Trading DOM where you are seeing this issue. In both charts, make sure you remove ALL other studies other than the Volume by Price that should be the same between the charts.
