Hi, I really am not sure if you can help. I have sent a log to you, I'm wondering if I cannot access Rithmic due to the clock change. I'm just guessing. Anyway, have sent the log for analysis, here follows an extract. If you would kindly check I'd be grateful.

"2026-03-29 07:10:14.820 | Error connecting to Data or Trading service. For help with this issue, press the 'Send For Analysis' button on this window."
"2026-03-29 07:11:09.387 | NTP Client | Set System Time failed: Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client.

Thanks

Rob

By the way I did follow a video online suggesting I need to make some changes to my Microsoft settings. I've done this and the problem seems to have been solved. I realise you are not here to provide advice but I just wonder if I've done the right thing from a security perspective

Local Disk> Properties> Sharing> Advanced Sharing> Share This Folder> Permissions> Select "Allow for full control"
Registry Editor> Local Machine> Software> Microsoft> Windows> Current Version> Policies> System> Enable LUA (double click)> Value Data =0

Restart Computer

You have the following messages in your log:

DTC Client socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. *

DTC Client socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. *

So you were having a problem connecting to the Rithmic server. Refer to the following:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

If it is working now, then that was just timing. The changes you made had nothing to do with the errors you were getting connecting to Rithmic.

This error:
NTP Client | Set System Time failed: Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client.

Is about the Network Time Protocol (NTP) not being able to change the clock. Refer to the following regarding this:
Network Time Protocol Client: Operating System Privileges for Setting Time

Sierra Chart does not use the Microsoft Registry - so there is nothing that needs to be changed in the registry for Sierra Chart.
