Automated Trading System - Custom Study - Two Chartbooks Running Simultaneously

I utilize a custom study as a component of an automated trading system ("ATS"). I use the ATS to trade one instrument - MNQ - in a chartbook with a 5 minute chart and a separate chartbook with a 7 minute chart. I run both chartbooks simultaneously and tied to the same account. Note: In SIM, I use the Trade Window to assign different SIM accounts to each chartbook: SIM1, SIM2.

However, when I run both chartbooks simultaneously, the ATS doesn't operate properly as entries and exits do not follow the logic coded into the ATS. When I run only one chartbook at a time, the ATS operates properly.

In order to run both chartbooks simultaneously, is a possible solution to have a second Sierra Chart installation but downloaded onto the same computer and tied to the same account? Is there a better solution you can propose?

Thank you in advance.

You can not do what you are trying to do with a single trading account. If you want to have two positions separately managed from one another, then this would have to be done with two different trading accounts.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
