Not Allowed to use Studies I paid for

I have 5 studies in dll format that I have added to my Sierra Chart data folder. I have used these in past years. However every time I try to add it now i get the message "you are not allowed to use this study". These are indicators I paid for from Trade The Markets, John Carters site. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix this? |

Select Help >> About on the Sierra Chart menu. Make a note of your Account Name and communicate this over to Trade the Markets and make sure they have that account name set to be allowed to use the particular studies you have paid for.
