Hello, I had previously deposited funds into my service account. However, due to the complexity of navigating multiple agencies and the extensive documentation required, I decided to close my account and withdrew the funds from my Dorman account. Could you please let me know if it is possible to withdraw the remaining balance from my service account? Ideally, I would appreciate it if the amount could be refunded to my original method of payment. Alternatively, if a direct refund is not possible, I would be grateful if you could provide step-by-step guidance on the actions I need to take to receive the refund. Thank you for your assistance.
