Dear All, I noticed the CME, COMEX price is intermittement sometime the candle stop moving, I got to wait long time then the candle will moving again, and upon exit SierraChart open again, and the problem sometime will show up again the candle stop moving, I've already subscribed to CME/COMEX real time feed and connect using Tetron Stage5, I got to switch clearing firm to SC Data the price will move then switch back again to Tetron, after long time many minutes later sometime can get real time price candle moving, but sometime the candle will just stop moving, got to close open exit wait long time then candle will move, Is very frustrating to encounter this issue sometime working price candle and sometime candle price not moving, what could be wrong? anyone has same issue? |
