SC Support Team, It seems to be linked to my username, I tried turning off almost every setting to stop the alert files from downloading, but nothing worked. After fresh-reinstalling and logging in with my username, SC downloaded the wave files I had used before that were generated by SC TTS. This happens every time I log in to SC, even before opening a chartbook. It immediately downloads all the wave files and saves them in the AlertSounds folder. thanks, Terry |

You can go to the following page for your account and delete the Text to Speech files you want: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TextToSpeech If you want to keep them, but stop the downloading, then you can turn off downloading of files at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies#FileDownload Although we do not recommend turning off all downloads, as this will prevent ALL files, including any third party studies, or files shared with you from downloading.
