I apologize in advance if this is the wrong location to post this, but I want to give a huge thank you to everyone at Sierra Chart. Never have I had a company as communicative and responsive as you all. From performance to data feeds. I haven't once ran into an error that wasn't resolved as soon as it was brought up. The attention to detail and the effort put into the platform is not unnoticed and is appreciated beyond what people say. Thank you all for not taking the easy route and actually fixing and updating the platform. Most if not all other platforms always take shortcuts without addressing the underlying problems or concerns that their specific community have. Again, thank you for providing an excellent service with an excellent team. |
