I have purchased Sierra package 11 and linked it to Rithmic feed. The data does not show on some of the charts. Not sure why this is happening. Please urgently assist.

We are not sure what you are trying to show in the two images. You are setup to get your data from Rithmic. As such, there is not much we can do to help. If you are having an issue with the data from Rithmic, then you would need to talk to Rithmic about this. One of the things you need to understand with Rithmic data is that there is a lack of historical data, so you may not see any data in your chart from before you connected to the data feed.
