I have a chart that does not show any values on the time scale after the last bar. Actually I dont care too much about it, but it is anoying, as I can not pull drawn volume profiles to the future. I have checked the following: Fillspace not locked I have deleted all data and downloaded It has nothing to do with bar spacing The time scale is not hidden or so forward columns are set to 20 there of course is data conection any advice? |

This is due to the Bar Spacing and occurs when you have the bar spacing set to the smallest setting. The forward columns are still there, they are just not having the labels in the scale showing due to the lack of space.

I changed the bar spacing to 25 now. Indeed there are now some values to the future, like here it is 8.26 and the values go till 8.28. but thats it.

OK, Ic. It is the combination of bar spacing and very small bar period which is only 1-5 secs. indeed it is the same in other charts, only that when the bar period is 5 mins, there is still 2 hours shown where you can drag a volume profile to. but when its only 2 secs only 2 mins remain. and that is what bothers me. in an devoloping balance I need to go to the volume profile settings and just type in some future time, because I can not drag it more than those 2 mins.

Then you need to increase the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Number of Forward Columns" such that you will get the amount of time you need to see in that forward area.
