HELP BTC PERP AT BINANCE IS DEAD

John or Weekend guys, HELP! My BTC perp on Binance is dead. I shut down pc on Friday afternoon. I opened this morning, restarted my pc, and sc only to find my btc perp (24/7 contract) is dead. I have 1-checked firewalls 2-updated to the latest version 3- you can see from one screenshot that all the new sample charts have updated, but the one for btc perp is blank and dead 4- you can see in the same screenshot that there are no crypto exchanges listed. YES, I HAVE FOLLOWED the instructions, but the 'get symbols' stays greyed out, so I can't do anything 5- you see the data in my btc chartbook stopped at the moment I shut down pc on Friday afternoon 6- I have tried 'delete data and reload' NOTHING happens when I answer yes to the prompt asking if that's what I want. 7- all other symbols, such as es or si, the charts updated until the end of trading on Friday. NOT like the btc which stopped at the time I logged off What is wrong, and please help asap as with this Iran war I need to give my client btc updates!!!! thank you thank you thank you |

JOHN YOU WILL BE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PROUD OF ME. I fixed it!!!!! For some reason, the Apex rhythmic feed must have stopped supplying the crypto exchanges. So I am looking and thinking hey what if I make a new SC login with the SC all service data feed and put my BTC perp chartbook in that? PRESTO. Genius girl did it. usa usa usa usa hahahah Tell me you are proud of me. |
