Hi, This is what i'm currently subscribed to under my recurring services: - Service Package 11 - Denali - Activated Exchange: CME non-professional top-of-book - Denali - Activated Exchange: CBOT non-professional top-of-book I have no issues receiving NQ/ES data under CME, but i'm not able to see any data for YM. For my YM chart, i'm getting this error: "Histroical Intraday Data Download Failed Error downloading histroical intraday data for YMH27-CBOT." I have sent the message log and also attached it Can you please help me to troubleshoot so I can see YM data. Much appreciated. |
