MY CHARTS WONT REPLAY CORRECTLY I TIRED FIXING IT MAY WAY BUT NOW EVERYTHING IS SO MUCH WORSE. PLEASE LETS SET SOMETHING UP BECAUSE I CANT KEEP TRADING ON SERRIA IF I CANT GET HELP TO FIGURE THIS OUT

please I clicked on delete all data and download and now I have missing candles and it won't show pervious price action. all my higher time frames just show my ONE candle and it wont let me scroll to the left, it also shows my all the positions that I have taken. for some reason now my VBP is showing me that I am treading on an evening session instead of the New York session like I've always had it. I've been trying to fix my replay mode because it wont load the right data and time that I selected. and only one of my charts more when I press play, thinking that this would help but it made everything so much worse please if I can get someone to help me with my charts and my replay function I would really appreciate it. I really enjoy serria chart but if I cant get these fixed i will have to try a different platform. please lets set up a call so I can be walked through it so that I could help others with this issue.

Unfortunately, I will be on the road this afternoon. It won’t be in front of my desk until 7 PM mountain standard time if that works for you that would be amazing but I understand if it doesn’t. If that’s the case, can we schedule a call early in the morning tomorrow?
