When I hide Market Depth Historical Grap or remove it, the region line to chart region 2 is normal without little gaps.

Are you referring to when the Region Dividing Line is displayed and the Market Depth Historical Graph is displaying above that line, so it is making pieces of the line "disappear"? See attached image with the red oval outlining what we are seeing, and let us know if this is what you are referring to.
