Position Sync Issue - TT Positions Not Reflecting Correctly

Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I recently exited some positions directly through TT, but Sierra Chart is still showing my old positions. Could you please sync and update all my current positions from TT so they reflect accurately in Sierra Chart?

We apologize for the delay on this.

It makes sense, that an update, to a position through another program on the TT system is not going to generate a fill that our TT FIX connection would receive.

Thinking about how to solve this. We are checking if this is possible:
Could you please sync and update all my current positions from TT so they reflect accurately in Sierra Chart?

Update: we did reset the connection to TT earlier, and that should resolve this. Since positions will be re-downloaded from TT.

the position correctly updated but the fill price not correctly updated earlier this was not a problem before if a position is taken or squared off in the TT it used to update immediately and correctly in sierra chart what has changed ? and can we go back to that ?

Check the position average price in Trade Positions Window:

If it is incorrect there, then that is just how it is and we cannot help with that.

We have repeatedly said that we do not want to support TT for many years now . This is why we developed our own order routing service to avoid all kinds of issues on the TT side.

The TT service is provided as is without any further support. If the position average price in the trade positions window is not correct we cannot help with this. This is not our issue at all. And we will not be spending any further time on this.

No, because TT disabled unsolicited fills because there was too much order flow causing a problem and then TT shut the connection down abruptly:
