chart not updateing - trade price changes but chart bars frozen

hello my chart is not updating but trade data is moving symbol MNQH26-CME 5 minute chart using teton CME routing the trade number in top left (eample3@25064.75 ) keeps changing but chart bars do not move no new candles price scale frozen delta not updating so data is coming but chart is frozen please advise please confirm if this could be realated to chart update interval data feed settings or service connection thank you
