Cannot find saved drafts of support ticket posts

Hi For a support ticket I had on the go, I accidentally clicked save as draft. Now I cannot see it. Where do I go in my account to see these? Thanks Mark |

Do you know what thread on the message board, that it was saved into? It will be at the bottom of that thread. There will be a button to load the draft. I posted to the support board, but that surely should not matter as I was expecting to see the draft under View My Posts / Threads. I dont understand why my drafts do not show under View My Posts / Threads.

We see your draft is for a new thread, so you should be able to view it if you start a blank thread. Select the link below and then note a line for the drafts above the entry for the thread. If you have more than 1 draft, it will be a single line that states "# Drafts".
