I would like to inform you that on February 21 2026 I sent a bank transfer of 32 EUR to your EUR bank account . As of today the funds have not appeared in my Sierra chart account

Could you pleas confirm whether the payment has been received or is still being processed ?

If needed I can provide the transfer receipt or reference number
