Hello Support All charts in all chartbooks are black screens in all instances. Restarted in safe mode ... same problem Selected load no charts in safe mode same problem when opening any chart books or a new chat Sim mode.... same problem Update translate charts to current service ... same problem Shut down computer & restart .... same problem It is updated to the current version Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-22 20:06:49

Message log I tried a new intraday chart and same problem black screen , tried opening up an older chart book same problem. (Log removed. No obvious issue.) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-22 22:31:19

Rolled back the version and still nothing. Updated again to the current version .... still no visible anything Opened 2 other instances and nothing on them either. File attached Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-02-22 22:16:28
