Dear Support Team!

Everytime when my bracket orders - child orders got hit, I've get a error message in the message log.
I have attached a screenshot of this.
Also lets say the stoploss got hit, and the take profit wont cancel automatically, I have to manually "x" that order.
Could you be so kind and assist me how to fix this?

We do not know. That error is coming from Rithmic, so you would need to ask your broker or Rithmic why you are getting that specific error in your case.
