I use Sierra Chart to trade 6J options with IB. When I tried to submit the following limit order:

buy JPY‑FOP‑20260220‑0.006525‑P‑CME‑12500000‑USD at 0.000011

Sierra Chart returned an error. However, in IB TWS I can place the same price (0.000011) without any issue. In Sierra Chart’s Trade Order window, the price is displayed as 1.15 instead of 0.000011, and the order is rejected by Sierra Chart.
I use Price display format: 0.000001 , tick size:0.000001 , currency value per tick: 12.5 and all multiplier set to 1 and SC version is 2882

This issue appears only when trading JPY‑FOP; other assets do not have this problem.

Error log:

The snippet you supplied is not giving any information related to the issue you are stating. The errors you show state that the order is still being placed, even though there is an attribute of "Outside Regular Trading Hours" (which we do not understand, as we do not set this).

We would need to see the actual messages you are getting in terms of a rejection. There is no reason for there to be a rejection by Sierra Chart, so you would be getting a rejection by Interactive Brokers, and you need to determine why you are getting that rejection.

Also, what price are you viewing in the Trade Window that is set to 1.15? And what kind of order are you entering?

I think these two attachments illustrate the issue clearly. In Screen 1, I submitted a Sell order for JPY‑FOP‑20260306‑0.00645‑P‑CME‑12500000‑USD at 0.00007. The order was transmitted to IB TWS successfully with the correct price. However, after a while, Sierra Chart suddenly changed the price to 7.05, as shown in the Open Orders panel in Screen 1 and in the Trade Orders window in Screen 2."

The "Price" field you see in the Trade Orders window comes from TWS. Sierra Chart does not change it. When you see it suddenly change, it means there was an order update from TWS, and the Price changed. Sierra Chart has no ability to be changing it on its own. That does not happen.

The price showed in IB TWS panel still 0.00007. IB did not change it. Please try to place order in your side tp verify this issue and find out the fix on it.

Either TWS is modifying the price when it is sent through the API. Or you have a Price Multiplier set in the Global Settings >> Symbol Settings for the symbol or symbol pattern (Although in this particular case you are going to see one consistent price not some significant change in price with the decimal point). There is no other possibility. This is not something we would test and we would not be able to reproduce it anyway.
