I need clarification once the Daily Loss Limit is triggered on my live account as I can't verify this on the sim account. If the 'Use Liquidation Only Mode' option from the Trade>>Trade Account Monitor>>User Profit/Loss Management is selected as displayed in the attached screenshot and I'm currently in a losing existing positions, will it be activated in the sense that it is only possible to reduce the quantity of existing positions. It is not possible to establish a new Position or increase the quantity of any existing Position? Based on the same attached image, is trade lock-out under Global Settings>>Global Profit/Loss Management possible for the liq only mode OR is that only possible with auto-liquidated (auto-flattened) positions OR when I reduce the quantity of existing position down to zero when daily net loss limit was triggered? Thanks for your reply in advance.

This is correct. Once you are in "Liquidation Only Mode" then you can only reduce the size of the existing position. You can not add to it. But, the "User Profit/Loss Management" tools do not function for a live account. That option only applies to the "Trading Evaluator" services. The "User Profit/Loss Management" that is available through the "Trade Account Monitor" and applies only to the "Trading Evaluator" services is completely separate from the "Global Profit/Loss Management" built into the Sierra Chart software itself. So if you were to setup the "Global Profit/Loss Management" to lock you out, then you would not be able to do anything with your positions from the Sierra Chart software, regardless of how the server side User Profit/Loss Management is setup.
