Denali DAX future real time data feed not working?

This morning, my DAX future real-time data feed seems not to be working; CME is fine I can use Delete&Download to update, but no live / real-time update I have upgraded to last Current Version, and the problem persists |

I now have Eurex data but only since 9:20 AM (Frankfurt time). None from 01:15 to 9:20. Got the missing data. Problem solved. Tks.!

This is now resolved. The tentative determination of the problem is that the EUREX T7, secondary multicast data feed was down from the exchange side, or from our service provider. We still have to make a determination if that actually is the case but that looks like the most probable cause. We have now prevented users from using the secondary multicast feed. The primary has been up all of this time and there is no missing data. You now should be receiving data.
