Hi, I am getting a 3-second chart lag. This just started today, yesterday it was fine - a 500 millisecond or less lag. I downloaded the current version and the 3 second lag is still there. What can I do? It is an NQ chart.

What are you seeing that gives the impression that you have a 3 second lag? If this is the "DD:" display in the Chart Header, then this is a difference between your computer's clock and the clock used by the exchange to timestamp the trades. A small number, like 3 seconds, usually indicates that your computer clock is off by that amount. Refer to the following for an option to setup NTP (Network Time Protocol) through Sierra Chart: Network Time Protocol Client For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
