Good morning Support Team, I updated Sierra Chart to version 2878 on Friday, and immediately afterward I started experiencing problems with opening spreadsheets. Specifically: A simple spreadsheet (.scss) that was previously set to auto-open on startup (along with my chartbooks) no longer opens automatically. When I try to open any spreadsheet manually via File → Open Spreadsheet, nothing happens — no file browser/dialog appears at all. The menu simply closes as if I had clicked elsewhere. The same .scss file still appears in the Recent Files list on the right side of the File menu, but clicking on it also does nothing. All of these actions worked perfectly before the update and have never failed in years of using Sierra Chart. This clearly appears to be a bug introduced in version 2878. Could you please look into this and let me know how to resolve it? Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, Fabio |

The first thing we want you to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version which is now 2880. This should resolve the problem. Let us know if you notice any further issue and we will continue testing. We do see some intermittent window state, and display issues. And we need some time to understand those better. We think the main problem you are having has already been resolved. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
