DOM recenters on chart scroll even though that setting is set to NO

Why does my DOM keep recentering on chart scroll, when i have the "Re-center on chart scroll" setting set to NO. it recenters the dom on chart scroll regardless of that setting.

changed to independent, and now that setting doesn't do anything and the issue is effectively fixed. Thank you.
