I have been spending some time customizing the dom to my liking and there are a few things I just cannot figure out Could someone please confirm the following as I feel like I have come to a dead end on my final issues: 1. There is no way to make the price column narrower or to make the background color of the price column independent of all other columns. 2. When working multiple orders on 1 price, there is no way to cancel all the orders without the extra confirmation popping up asking which ones I want to cancel. 3. When working multiple orders on 1 price, there is no way to drop and drag all the orders from 1 price to another at once, they all have to be moved independently. 4. There is no way to move the working orders column to the right of the offer or have them maybe moved to a different column all together? They have to stay to the left? Thanks so much ! |

1. There is no way to make the price column narrower or to make the background color of the price column independent of all other columns.
There is no way to make the price column narrower. It is controlled by the system to be the width of the prices that are displayed. There is not a way to change the background of the Price Column by itself. It is set to be the same as the "Chart Background" for a Chart DOM. On a Trade DOM, it is using the "Trade DOM Ask Background" and "Trade DOM Bid Background". If you disable those, then it will use the "Trade DOM Background Color". 2. When working multiple orders on 1 price, there is no way to cancel all the orders without the extra confirmation popping up asking which ones I want to cancel.
There is no way to change this. But, this is occurring because the orders are separate. If you want to have them as a single order, then you would need to use the "Scale In" option. Refer to the following: Attached Orders: Scaling In 3. When working multiple orders on 1 price, there is no way to drop and drag all the orders from 1 price to another at once, they all have to be moved independently.
Same as #2. 4. There is no way to move the working orders column to the right of the offer or have them maybe moved to a different column all together? They have to stay to the left?
The display of the orders is always to the left of the DOM. Refer to the following setting and the 3 below it for how you can move it around, in case there is something in this that may help you: Chart Settings: Align Order Cancel (X) Button to Right (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for the clarification. I understand that the price column width is system controlled and not currently adjustable. I just want to note that this is the primary usability limitation for my workflow, as it affects overall DOM balance and readability more than any other setting. I realize it may be tied to core rendering logic, but increased flexibility here would have a significant impact on user experience.

The one setting we want to point out is the following: Chart Settings: Limit Price Displayed to N Right Characters (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Display Items menu) But this does not change the width, as the width is still going to be based on the size of the prices without that setting. But hopefully the above is something that will help with what you are trying to accomplish.
