Hi, I'm trading with Apex but before with Phidias. I had removed all accounts from phidias in the allocation order list but it's already three times that several old account from phidias reappear in the list instead of my current account. what's going on? I will have to check everyday that the order allocation has not changed? I don't understand what's going on with the account numbers, I have checked with other students I'm not the only one facing this issue...what can be done to solve this issue? the copytrading is failing on my side, I'm not confident in sierra copy anymore.today is losing 450usd trade on account 23171_43 because not copied from 23171-42... thanks fro explaining and solving this issue. kind regards Laurence |

Make sure you are actually looking at the "Allocation Accounts" on the "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" window and not the "Available Accounts" field. The "Available Accounts" will show all accounts that can be added, so you may see an old account listed there. But in terms of what will be copied to, that is in the "Allocation Accounts" field. Then, check if you have either of the following options set to "Yes": - Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Include in Linking - Order Allocation to Trade Accounts Include in Save Trade Window Configuration If either is set to "Yes", then you would need to look at the appropriate items that are set to include the order allocations. For instance, if the option for include in the configuration is et to "Yes", then you would need to go through your configurations and correct them to remove any accounts that you do not want to include and re-save the configurations.
