I had no problems till yesterday when suddenly the data feed stopped during a trade. Today I do not get any live data and the data connection needs at least 4 trials to connect, but no live data. I send a message log.

I reinstalled 2875 from 2877 and get live data now, but do not know if that was the problem. SC tries to connect to futurestrading17.sierracharts.com and fails till it finally finds futurestrading14.sierracharts.com and connects ?

Since I am in Europe I have Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special >> CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override: ds14-2.sierracharts.com. It is the same problem in 2875 and 2882. I run SC_ARM64 under Parallels. |

We can not say. The error you are getting is a general connectivity issue. You are not able to make a connection for some reason. This is not something on our end, but rather on your connection to our systems. So you need to see what is occurring on your end. We would recommend trying a different ISP, such as connecting to your phone's network to see if it resolves the issue, which will help you determine the problem. why is it connecting then to futurestrading14.sierracharts.com. after trying all other futuretrading17/16/15

Problem was while trying everything on 02-06, I must have accidentally set: Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Service Settings >> Use Backup Connectivity as Primary to yes
