Hello Support, I am reporting a position reconciliation issue between Sierra Chart and TT that resulted in an incorrect exit quantity. Trade Details: Symbol: KE Wheat Order Type: Spreadsheet Trading with attached Target and Stop orders. Initial Position: -6 lots (Short) Sequence of Events: Partial Fill: My Target order was partially filled for 2 lots. Expected Position: My position should have been -4 lots. The Discrepancy: While the TT platform correctly showed -4 lots, Sierra Chart’s internal position tracking updated to show only -2 lots. The Error: When my Trailing Stop was triggered, it only squared off 2 lots (matching Sierra's incorrect position) and cancelled the remaining attached orders (which actually had the correct quantity of 4). Result: I was left with an unintended -2 lot open position because the Trailing Stop triggered based on a false position value in Sierra Chart. Inquiry: Could you please investigate why there was a failure in position reconciliation from the TT trade server into Sierra Chart following the partial fill? I need to understand why Sierra failed to reflect the true position held at the routing service, leading to an incorrect exit calculation. |
