I'm using Denali data in Sierra Chart. In Ninjatrader 8, I'm using tradevote. In Sierra Chart, I've set bar refresh times to high values like 400-800ms. My computer has an Ultra 9 Intel processor, and I've ensured Sierra Chart always runs on performance cores. My internet speed is theoretically 1000 Mbps, but in reality, it varies between 800-900 Mbps. Especially during very fast market times, like market opening, the difference can be between 1-3 seconds. Ninjtrader 8 is a much, much slower program than Sierra Chart in terms of performance. This makes me think of data flow issues. This Monday, I will compare Rithmic and Denali data in Sierra Chart at market opening. That way, I can report the problem to you completely. Thank you. |
