hello i have just got back to sierra and for some reason i cant get my charts to load even though previously i was able to view price fine

We wonder if your charts do not have the correct symbols for the service you are connected to. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to update them and see if that resolves it. If not, then we need more information on exactly what you are seeing and what the problem is.
