From what read, this issue would only affect those that tried to update their Notepad++ versions during the time in which the software was on the Notepad++ servers. It does not state anything about what exactly would occur with the redirect of the upgrade attempt. Sierra Chart does provide Notepad++ with our software, but we make no claims towards the software itself. The version we supply, if used as it is, would not have any issue with what was described in the given link. If the end-user decided to udpate that version, then that is a personal decision, and any issues would have to be vetted with Notepad++ to determine if there is an issue with their system due to this.
