Hello Sierra Engineering,
Are different drawing/rendering engines used for ACSIL subgraph and sc.UseTool drawings? For example, a dashed line via subgraph looks different to the same with sc.UseTool?

Thank you

We do not know what is meant by "engine". We really do not like that word in software. An engine involves, a chemical reaction to convert that to a moving force.

All graphics in Sierra Chart are done either through the graphics device interface of windows, or OpenGL. OpenGL can be enabled or disabled.

A dashed line will look different because Subgraphs, are drawn, one bar at a time and not a continuous line spanning many bars as compared to Chart Drawings.
