Having an issue lately where my chartbooks will no longer update data. Even if I do a fresh chartbook and delete/redownload data. I've sent in the message log via send for analysis. As of right now, I cannot get any data to work. |

There is nothing in the log showing any issues. Please go through the items at the following link: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart But we also need to point out that you are setup to get your data from Rithmic, so you would need to check with them on any issues on their end as well. Installed v2875, issue went away. However, now price updating much slower than prior versions. Every day the market open gets price delayed significantly. No problem on other platforms. Anything I can do to prevent the lag in price? Like just now, price is 25387 and almost 100pts lower on Sierra. Makes it difficult to trade when price is a minute or so late. Performance shows 50ms chart drawing time. |

This would be a Rithmic issue. You would need to check with them on why their data is delayed.

Why would it be a rithmic issue if it's delayed on only Sierra? It's fine on bookmap and quanttower

Rithmic uses a different connection for Sierra Chart. They developed and own that connection, but it is different from what they use for other systems. We have often had this problem where it will work for other systems but not for us. You need to deal with Rithmic on this.
