Stuck data on all chartbooks

Having an issue lately where my chartbooks will no longer update data. Even if I do a fresh chartbook and delete/redownload data.
I've sent in the message log via send for analysis.
As of right now, I cannot get any data to work.

There is nothing in the log showing any issues.

Please go through the items at the following link:

But we also need to point out that you are setup to get your data from Rithmic, so you would need to check with them on any issues on their end as well.
