Good afternoon, I live and work officially in Spain, I am a resident, but I have a Ukrainian passport, I wanted to open an account with the AMR broker, but they wrote back to me that they do not open an account with a Ukrainian passport, what other brokers can you recommend that would open an account for me?

We simply do not know what the brokers allow or do not allow.
