Order allocation error

Good afternoon SC,

I have an issue with order allocation copying to an account not actually allocated.

I have an account which copies to account ending 28 with 2x allocation. This is working correctly.
However, the account is also copying to account ending 29 which is not allocated, as per screenshot. However, it is still doing so.
This issue never happened to me until last week, when I added these additional accounts.
(NB the account traded from is neither 28 or 29, and is the one selected in my trade window. Order allocation is enabled. I checked all charts on my NQ chartbook and none are allocating to 28.)

I contacted my account provider (Bulenox, which uses Rithmic) and they seem to think the issue lies with the trade copier. Any ideas?

Keep in mind that you need to select the entry for "Allocation Accounts" in order to see the full list of accounts that are copied to. So be sure to go through each Trade Window and ensure that the allocation is setup as you want it to be.

Also, check your Trade Activity Log and see if it is showing trades to that 29 account. If these are not showing in the Trade Activity Log, then we wonder if the orders are coming from somewhere else (a third party tool, or something that is available through Bulenox)?

Thank you. I didn't realise that this was also a dropdown list. That should fix the problem.
