I do not understand your billing system. The dates and amounts are different each month. I don't understand what the $10.00 charge on 01/18 was for and it shows I have another $10.00 charge due in 14 days, but my normal $46 charge does not show as due. I need to be able to plan for automatic charges but the charges are very random. Can you please explain what the charges are for and when they are due.

The first thing to understand is that with the Automatic Payments, the system looks forward 14 days and if there are any fees coming due in that time period, your card will be charged in order for your account to have enough funds when that fee comes due.

Second, there is a minimum charge amount of $10.00, so if you need any amount less than $10.00, your card will be charged $10.00.

And third, the packages renew at a different time than the exchanges. The packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle based on when you first activated the package. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so the payment is due on the first day of each month.

Given the above, here is what occurred with your account recently:
- December 27, 2026: Account Balance = $10.00
- December 28, 2026: Charged $42.00 in order to bring account balance to $52.00, in order to cover the cost of the package renewal ($46.00) and the exchange fee ($6.00). Account Balance = $52.00
- January 1, 2026: Exchange renewal for $6.00. Account Balance = $46.00
- January 10, 2026: package 11 renewal for 1 month for $46.00. Account Balance = $0.00
- January 18, 2026: Charged $10.00 (minimum charge) in order to have enough to cover exchange fee on February 1, 2026. Account Balance = $10.00

If you do not want the automatic payments, then you can turn this off and make manual payments as you want.
