get Bid/Ask for Alternate Real-Time Update Symbol

Is it possible to get the bid/ask prices for the Alt Real-Time Update Symbol instead of (or in addition to) the main Symbol? I use the stock ticker as the Symbol and an option symbol as the ARTUS, and need to get the bid/ask for the option in my code for order quantity purposes. |

When you use the Alternate Real-time Update Symbol in this way, the Bid and Ask values in the chart will be for that specific symbol and not the underlying symbol.
