From what we can see, it looks like you have the wrong symbol for the service you are connected to. The symbol in your chart is for use when you are connected to the Teton Order Routing Service. But it looks like your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data". If the above is the case then select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update the symbols in the open chartbooks to what is needed for the current selected service.
