This evening around 620p EST my data feed for at least equities data was not working

2026-01-23 18:22:15.129 | DTC Client socket (6) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. *

The connection started working again around 657p. However the missing data did not get filled.
Also not sure if it was coincidence, but the sierrachart website was not reachable for me around that time.

Fwiw, other websites and equities data providers were working for me.

I'm having problems with historical data downloading as well. Can't get past 1/16/2026 on MNQ

This is a problem we all share. I also received the 10060 error message.

There was a network issue, in our infrastructure, affecting intermittently connections, starting around 4 PM Eastern today, but it is resolved.
