Got to previous order fill on chart

Hi John! When I click on go to previous order fill on my main instance for live trades, nothing will happen. When I do that in trading simulation all works fine it goes to the chart. I have been checking all settings and making sure the days in question are loaded on the chart. The live fill is there on the chart visible, when I move away from this area, so to next day and click on Go to previous fill nothing happens. Any thoughts what I could be getting wrong here?
