i unchecked show title bar + scrollbar + menu, but i cant seem to check them back again. i am right clicking but cant seem to find 'show menu'

this is what this chart looks like after i unchecked the above mentioned, i cant move the chart or do anything with it, for example, i cant split screen. the ability to check menu, scrollbar is not there when i right clck at the top of the screen

Since you do not have a Chart Header, you need to use the option where you add "Show Menu" to the chart shortcut menu. Then right click and select that option to display the menu. From there, you can select the Chart menu and enable the Title Bar. This is all covered in the documentation given previously.
