buy button not working on trade window

There is a 'buy button' and a 'sell button' at the bottom of the trade window, see attached. The sell button works, but when I press the buy button, nothing happens. No order populates, and no order error message populates. It is not working. Do you know why this might be? Thank you. |

You have your order setup as a Limit order with a price of 0.00. As such, when you select the Buy button, it is putting in a Limit order at 0.00, which will never occur (but the order is probably being placed, so you need to check the Trade >> Trade Orders window. When you select Sell, in this case, the current price is better than a price of 0.00, therefore the Limit fills at the current market price.
