It appears that in the Quote Board settings, the Attach on Attach/Detach selection doesn't work. There is no check mark when selected and Quote Board can be moved outside of Window?

The selection of "Settings >> Attach/Detach Window" for the Quote Board does toggle the state of the window from Detached to Attached or vice versa, depending on the current state. There is no checkmark next to this option to denote a state, it just toggles the state. When the Quote Board is "Detached" you will have an icon in the task bar for that window. When it is "Attached" you will not. Additionally, the way the window minimizes is different with each state.
