Hello, I'm going through the process of looking at what I need to get Sierra set up with Denali Feed real-time level 2 for CME assets. I am pretty sure I understand the process, Service Package 11 needed for what I want (TPO, footprint, etc...) + subscribing for Denali. Regarding needing a non-professional trading account open to get real-time data - I am trying to figure out if my IKBR (Interactive Brokers) trading account is qualifying for this. Its a standard cash account setup to trade equities on NYSE and TSX, based in Canada. I haven't used the API yet but I do think I have access to the programmatic side of IBKR, I don't know if that is making any difference but I thought I read somewhere while searching that that's how Sierra Chart verifies so that side of it should work. Just trying to figure this out so I can proceed in the right direction, thank you. |

IBKR qualifies. You just need to connect from Sierra Chart to IBKR TWS (Trader Workstation) once a month.

Ok thanks. They default us to a different desktop app (IBKR Desktop) in Canada but confirming that I can still download the Trader Workstation app if I google for it and logging into that works fine. |
