v2863 detached my Chart Trade windows and will not re-attach them

I updated to v2863. I have a chartbook with 6 charts and each chart has been set up with the trade window attached to the chart. After updating to 2863, the trade window on every chart is detached. If I use Trade>>Attach Trade Window to Chart, the Trade Window does attach as expected, but it only stays attached while that chart has focus. If I switch to a different chart and then come back, the Trade Window is detached again.
