No historical market depth data for CME symbols LE and HE

I was wanting to look at the CME symbols LE and HE, live cattle and lean hogs, specifically market depth data for these symbols. However when I load up the chart no historical market depth data loads, the current days depth data will display from when the chart was opened but not historical data for these symbols. I don't think I have anything set up incorrectly as when I look at other symbols eg 6E the historical depth data loads. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you, unfortunately I am only getting historical depth data for LE but not HE, this only displays actual values from when the study was added to the chart and displays 0 values for historical values. I have tried deleting all depth files for HE and reloading the chart but it continues to display the same way.
