sierra chart is really slow today

its only showing downloading data but takes a lot of time really to download it has haoppned for the first time

If it is showing "Downloading Data", then the system is downloading the data. This can take some time if it is the first time data is being downloaded for a symbol. It also depends on how much data is being requested and how highly traded the symbol is (more trading means more data).
